When will I receive my items after I place an order ?

Normally, it takes 5-10 business days for tailoring and 3-7 business days for shipping.

Why is my package still in pre-shipment ?

As a result of COVID-19 challenges, shipping carriers are experiencing an increase in package volume. This may result in delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.

Where can you ship to ?

We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, However, if such a rare event were to occur, we will get in touch with you ASAP.

What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer on your products ?

We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C personnel will do a detailed check to ensure the high quality.

What payment methods do you accept ?

We currently accept payment via Paypal.
Paypal can be used by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). More about Payments.

How can I make a change on my order ?

Please contact us in 24 hours after payment. Please note color and size can not be changed once the process has begun. If you really want to change size or color, the extra cost would be charged. Please contact us.

What currency is displayed ?

We display all prices in USD. When placing an order online, you will want to take into consideration the conversion from USD to your country's currency. Depending on your country's currency, the price paid at checkout may differ from the amount deducted from your bank account.

Similarly, all refunds will be issued in USD and will be converted to your country’s currency when processing through your bank.

Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order ?

Unfortunately, our system is set up so that we can only apply one Promo Code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for use on your next order!
